Welcome

Hi, I’m Tim and I paint pictures. I’ve always wanted to paint pictures, but for reasons I will probably babble on about elsewhere on this website, I only really found the courage and confidence to do so in middle-age. I mainly paint with oils, but also dabble in acrylic, pen and pencil. As I learn to paint and try to refine my style, I’ll have a go at painting just about anything, and so there’s all sorts here, from buildings to landscapes, people to animals, but all rendered in a realist style. Because I like painting that way. But maybe, just maybe, a bit more of me might start to sneak out…Please feel free to have a look around the website, and if there’s anything you really like, some original paintings are available to own, as well as in the form of prints, greetings cards and postcards. And if you’re feeling really brave, you can ask me to undertake a commission for you, as some courageous souls have already done.
