Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify me if you wish to cancel your order or return/exchange an item.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.

The product images are for illustrative purposes only and are not an accurate indication of size. Please check the measurements of your chosen product carefully to ensure it meets your requirements.

If your item is damaged or you wish to return/exchange it within 14 days of receipt, please send an email to orders@timkapp.co.uk and, if relevant, attach photographs of the damage. I will do my best to resolve the issue and/or provide a replacement.

Please ensure that you have entered the correct address details at checkout. If you realise you have entered an incorrect address after checkout, please send an email to orders@timkapp.co.uk as soon as possible.
