Please note that as orders are printed on demand, I am unable to accept returns unless the print or frame is damaged or of an insufficient quality.
Depending on print size and delivery method, delivery costs can be expected to be in the ranges defined below:
UK: Free
Germany: £7 - £15
Europe: £10 - £40
International: £60 - £125
Canada: £30 - £64
United States: £21 - £31
Free delivery worldwide on orders over £150.
All print orders are fulfilled by theprintspace, and the printing and packaging process takes 2-5 business days.

Print-only
Print-only orders to the UK and EU/EEA are sent via post, with the option to upgrade to DHL Express courier provided at checkout.
Print-only orders sent outside the UK and EU/EEA, i.e. USA, Canada, Australia are always shipped via DHL Express Courier.
Framed
All framed orders are shipped via DHL Express Courier.
Delivery to the UK
Delivery of all items to addresses in the UK is free.
Postal and courier deliveries should take 1-2 business days.
Delivery to European Destinations
Delivery costs depend on the size of the package and the delivery method selected at checkout.
Postal delivery may take up to 10 business days. Courier delivery should take 1-4 business days.
International Delivery (Rest of the World)
Courier delivery costs depend on the size of the package and will be calculated at checkout. Delivery should take 2-10 business days.
Please be aware that taxes and local import duties may be implemented on overseas deliveries. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay these customs charges.
Returns and Exchanges
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify me if you wish to cancel your order or return/exchange an item.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
The product images are for illustrative purposes only and are not an accurate indication of size. Please check the measurements of your chosen product carefully to ensure it meets your requirements.
If your item is damaged or you wish to return/exchange it within 14 days of receipt, please send an email to orders@timkapp.co.uk and, if relevant, attach photographs of the damage. I will do my best to resolve the issue and/or provide a replacement.
Please ensure that you have entered the correct address details at checkout. If you realise you have entered an incorrect address after checkout, please send an email to orders@timkapp.co.uk as soon as possible.
