An original oil painting of The Bridge of Sighs, a famous landmark in Oxford, and a popular subject for artists and photographers. Officially named Hertford Bridge, it spans new College Lane, and joins two parts of Hertford College. Designed by Sir Thomas Jackson and completed in 1914, its colloquial name comes from its similarity to the Bridge of Sighs in Venice.
Provided unframed. Can be hung unframed or inserted into a frame that is able to accommodate a canvas 2cm in depth.
